United
Assemblies
of Christ
International
"So
we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one
of another. Having then gifts differing according to the grace that
is given to us, whether prophecy, let us prophesy according to the
proportion of faith; Or ministry, let us wait on our ministering:
or he that teacheth, on teaching: Or he that exhorteth, on exhortation:
he that giveth, let him do it with simplicity; he that ruleth, with
diligence; he that sheweth mercy, with cheerfullness." Romans
12:5-8 KJV
The United Assemblies of
Christ International is an international fellowship of churches,
ministries and ministers that adhere to, practice and profess the
Christian
faith as taught by the Apostles. We are one of the fastest growing
fellowships, with members, churches and ministers throughout the
Continental United States and abroad. Our goal, mission and ministry
is to bring the people of God to the knowledge and love of our Lord
and Savior Jesus Christ. We actively seek those who are willing
to answer the divine calling in Christ and become witnesses to the
world of the true doctrines as Christ taught, and effectual working
of the Holy Ghost with signs and wonders.
United Assemblies of Christ International
offers those men and women who qualify the opportunity to gain
their Ministerial Credentials, education and training on several
levels. We acknowledge all five levels of the Five-Fold Ministry
(Apostles, Prophets, Evangelists, Pastors and Teachers). Additionally,
we recognize and endorse the calling and ministration of Exhorters,
Missionaries, Ministers, Elders, Overseers and Bishops.
Credentials are issued annually and expire
on the 31st of December each year.
Credentials issued through United Assemblies
of Christ International requires the bearer thereof to adhere
to the Ministerial Code of Ethics, as well as to operate within
the parameters of the Constitution and By-Laws of the United Assemblies
of Christ International.
United Assemblies of Christ International
provides certified credentials to those who qualify. Credentials
are issued on an annual basis and must be renewed annually.
In recognition of the various types and levels of ministry, United
Assemblies of Christ International requires that those seeking
credentials submit the required Credentials Registration Form
along with the required attachments. Additionally, the Application
for Ministerial Credentials must also be submitted. Once the
Credentials Bishop has reviewed the application, an interview
will be scheduled to open lines of communication and interaction
between the applicant and UACI. Upon successful completion of
the application and interview process, the applicant will then
be required to make the necessary arrangements for the official
bestowal of credentials (i.e. License/Ordination).
-
The General Board
bestows Ministerial Licenses during the Annual Fellowship
Conference held in October of each year. Those preparing for
Ministerial Licensure must satisfy the biblical requirements
for ministry.
-
The General Board
and Presbytery of United Assemblies of Christ International
confer ordinations during the Annual Fellowship Conference,
or Holy Convocation. Those preparing for Ordination must provide
adequate proof of education, before ordination is conferred.
The Credentials Bishop, along with the Bishop of Education
will ensure that each candidate for Ordination has met the
minimal educational requirements before Ordination is conferred.
-
Five-Fold Ministry
Commissions are bestowed upon fully Licensed and Ordained
Ministers holding credentials through UACI. Commissions (Apostolic,
Prophetic, Evangelistic, Pastoral, Teachers) are bestowed
